During Peak Season Reservations are Saturday to Saturday only. Call for off Season and Special Season Rates, exceptions can be made during these times. Please call for any exception request.

The Deposit to hold your site is 25% of the Rental Rate plus a Cleaning/Security Deposit of

(two story home $250) - (one story home $200)

Payable by Personal Check due Within 7 Days After Reservation is Made. The Balance is Required Upon

Arrival by Cash, Official Cashier Check, or Money Order.

Each home is completely furnished except for linens and towels. A list of bed sizes are available on all rental pages so you can bring the correct linens.

All of Ocean Lakes guest must register their vehicle at the Ocean Lakes Office. Ocean Lakes will collect $3.00 per day for their security pass. You will need a letter of permission from us and your vehicle license number.

Check in is on Saturday at 3:00 P.M. Sorry NO exceptions can be made during peak season due to cleaning and inspections.

Check out is on following Saturday at 11:00 A.M.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

The Required deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified within 45 days of your arrival date. There will  be NO refund once you take occupancy of the site unless an Evacuation is ordered by Local State Government. In these cases; the rent will be pro-rated.
